Purpose

The Company Code of Conduct sets the standard for how we work together to develop and deliver our products, how we protect the company's value, and how we work with customers, suppliers, and others.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and interns.

Guidelines

• Confidentiality: Protect confidential information of the company, its customers, and its partners.
• Company Assets: Use company assets, including equipment and intellectual property, for legitimate business purposes only.

Reporting Violations

Disciplinary Action

Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
